Getting around
Airport

Prague International handles flights of most European carriers and also some overseas flights. It is located 30 - 45 minutes by car from the centre of Prague. There is a good connection between the airport and city centree by public transport buses and taxis. You can easily get to the city centre using one of the public buses. For the quickset transport to the city centre or the nearest metro station we advise using routes 119 and 100.

No. 119 (Airport -> A Dejvicka, every 5 to 20 minutes, travel time 25 min), from metro station Dejvicka (green line) you can take a metro to station Mustek, there you change for the tram number 9 and go to station Hlavni Nadrazi which is nearby the Congress Venue Boscolo Hotel Carlo IV. Prague.

No. 100 (Airport -> Metro B Zlicin, every 15 to 30 minutes, travel time 18 minutes), from metro station Zlicin (yellow line) you can take a metro to station Mustek, there you change for the tram number 9 and go to station Hlavni Nadrazi which is nearby the Congress Venue Boscolo Hotel Carlo IV. Prague.

Unfortunately there is no subway or train connection to the city. You should buy a ticket before travelling and these can be found at the arrival hall, at ticket machines or at the newsagents (if arriving late and all shops are closed buy a ticket from the driver but large banknotes are not accepted). Tickets cost just 26 CZK (96 c). If you take the No. 119 bus (every 5 to 20 minutes, the journey takes about 25 min) you should get off at the last stop called Dejvicka where you can transfer to underground line A. In just a few metro stops you will be in the city centre. When buying a 26 CZK ticket for public transport you will receive a transferable ticket allowing you to travel for a 90 minute period. Note that if you are carrying any large pieces of luggage i.e. a backpack or suitcase you will need to purchase and additional 1/2 price ticket. You can also take No. 100 bus which will take you from the airport to Zlicin - the underground station of the yellow line (B) that leads to the town centre (Mustek station).
