Instructions for poster presentation

- Poster area will be situated in Tosca meeting room.

- There will be 2 slots dedicated to discussions over posters, and it is expected that you offer your explanation to interested colleagues during these slots. Please, be present at those times by your poster. The time slot for your poster will be given to you in advance.

- Thursday, September 2 - Poster session: Part I. (odd numbers)
     - mounting starting from Wednesday, September 1, 14:00
     - removing by Thursday, September 2, 19:30

- Friday, September 3 - Poster session: Part II. (even numbers)
     - mounting starting from Friday, September 3, 8:00
     - removing by Saturday, September 4, 12:30

- Poster boards dimensions (including frames) will be 100 cm in width and 200 cm in height 
  (see picture).


- To keep good legibility of the posters:

  a maximum size of 95 cm in width and 120 cm in length is recommended.

- Fixing material (pins and stickers) will be available in the Posters Area.

- Congress staff will be available to assist you during the time of poster mounting.

- The poster boards will be numbered by the organizers. The number of your poster can be found in the abstract book.

- Poster titles will not be provided.

- Best posters will be awarded!



There will be two awarded categories:

1. Best young investigator poster (conditions: 1st author, PhD student)
2. Best methodological poster
