Symposium banquet: September 3, 2010, 19:00 - 22:00, Restaurant Vikárka

Restaurant Vikarka is situated in a beautiful surrounding of the Prague Castle with magnificent views down to Prague city. The banquet will be held in Rudolph´s Foundry, a medieval cellar which served during the reign of the emperor Rudolph II as a alchemistic laboratory. The well known alchemists J. Kepler or Tycho de Brahe were trying to find here a way how to produce gold, philosophers´ stone or tincture.

We warmly invite you to join the Symposium banquet where you can meet your colleagues and friends and enjoy delicious czech wine and tasty cuisine.

                     



TOURS

Prague Informative Tour (for accompanying persons)

September 2, 2010,
10:00 am - 2:00 pm

This tour offers a general impression of the "Golden City" by walk and visiting several important sites. It starts at Hotel Boscolo and continues to the representative Powder Tower and Art Nouveau Municipal House. We will walk the romantic Royal Route to the Old Town Square where you can admire the Old Town Hall and its 15th century astronomical clock, as well as the Church of Our Lady of Tyn. Later we will go over the famous Charles Bridge to the Lesser Town and finish the tour at Prague Castle. Enjoy this tour while listening to ancient legends and tales and observing and feeling the pulse of a modern central - European metropolis.
