Oral presentations: An invited talk - 30 min. (25 min. presentation + 5 min. discussion) A contributed presentation - 15 min. (12 min. presentation + 3 min. discussion) Instructions for speakers (PDF) Poster presentations: The optimal size of a poster presentation is A0 (height 1189 mm x width 841 mm). The maximum size of a poster is height 1150 mm x width 850 mm. There will be pins available at each poster holder to fix the poster. The posters will be displayed for the duration of the Symposium. Mounting: starting from Tuesday, 11 June, 14:00 Removing: by Friday, 14 June, 13:00 We kindly ask you to be present at your poster during the poster sessions: - Wednesday 12 June, 15:15 – 16:00 - Thursday, 13 June, 15:15 – 16:00 Practical Information
