IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SYMPOSIUM YOU NEED TO REGISTER BY FILLING IN A REGISTRATION FORM.
The abstract submission is done separately via an on-line abstract submission system. Please click on the button Abstract Submission for submitting your abstract. Deadline for Abstract Submission was extended to 10 May 2013.
Information for poster presenters:
The optimal size of a poster presentation is A0 (height 1189 mm x width 841 mm).
The maximum size of a poster is height 1150 mm x width 850 mm.
* including one year SFH membership fee (benefits of SFH membership)
** to apply for the students/doctoral candidates registration fee a letter signed by the PhD supervisor is required
Early registration fees will only be confirmed if the registration form and the payment are received by the Congress Secretariat on 11 April, 2013 at the latest.
Notification of cancellations must be sent in writing by e-mail to email@example.com or via fax (+420 241 062 219). Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Symposium.

Please note that payments by bank transfer will only be accepted by 11 June 2013. After this date only payments in cash will be accepted.
payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges.
Please adhere to SEPA payment rules.
include the "variable symbol" (VS) during your bank transfer. Please do
not make the payment without the VS inserted because otherwise it is
very difficult to identity the sender. You will receive VS after your
confirmatory e-mail serves as an advanced payment request (a pro forma
invoice). You will receive the invoice together with your badge on 11
June 2013 at the registration desk.
After you submit your registration you will be directed to a page where you can select a PayPal payment.
Please note that a transaction fee 20 EUR is charged if you select a PayPal payment.
